hey tim,
long time listener. love your show!
just wanted to commend you on show #33. i was a little surprised how much you opened up with you audience… but your candor made an incredible show! not that your other shows lack that brilliant honesty… this one just struck a cord. your doing good things. keep up the good work.
michael
Wow–can’t wait to listen. As someone who has gone to Vegas more times than I can count, that Jubilee! picture immediately struck a chord…. but this comment above really makes me intrigued. Will post again after listening!
Thanks DBD! Hope you enjoy it.
Michael,
I’m truly happy that you enjoyed it. I really lost perspective on this one. When I launched it I thought to myself that this is either a boring, self involved show or . . . well, something like you said. I have a feeling that it will hit with some and miss with other. Hopefully most people will feel like you do. We’ll see. Thanks for taking the time to comment.
Tim
Wow…what a great episode. That’s what podcasting is all about–I love how personal it was.
Also, after seeing that huge sign for Jubilee a thousand times, it was cool to hear about it from a backstage performance!
Thanks for sharing that episode–I’m betting a lot of listeners will connect with it…
DBD in the house!
Thanks so much. I appreciate it. I’m actually wearing your Martian shirt right now, as I type. I don’t have a lto of clothes so I actually wear it quite a bit.
Tim
Listened to your podcast. Called my brother, whom I haven’t spoken to in several months, just to touch base. Your last couple of Podcasts have been incredible…I’m amazed at your courage to open your personal life to your audience. It was far from self-involved…it really hit home for me, and likely for many others.
Wow! Your comment means more to me than it probably should. Thank you so much!
Tim
Hello Tim. It took me a while, but I finally did listen to “the Las Vegas Showboy”. I’m soooo impressed with that production — and with what you and Chris are accomplishing. YOu guys are travelling your paths with enthusiasm and dignity.
The older I get, the more I realize that money/fame doesn’t buy happiness. Life is all about relationships, and that’s part of the reason I want to maintain my remote connection with you. I’m proud (and just a tad envious) of the way both of you are using your skills and creating your respective journeys.
I’ll become a more frequent visitor to the podcast — and I certainly look forward to seeing you one of these days. Sarah and I never get out of Massachusetts, but perhaps you’ll be coming East soon. Be well.
Brian Duffy
Brian,
Thanks so much for writing and listening. I’m really proud of this show. I do hope to get back to Massachusetts some time soon. I also really hope to get together with you and Sarah. Maybe we can make that happen. We’ll see. Life is for sure about relationships.
Always,
Tim
This is exactly what I expected to find out after reading the title Show Boy at The Hollywood Podcast. Thanks for informative article
Article? Dude. Your comment doesn’t make any sense. Are you a speaker of another language? I don’t mean to offend you.
