		<description>Congratulations to Sam and Jim and many others that the strike is over.  It was nice to hear the guys use &quot;disrespect&quot; as the noun that it IS.  I expect someday it will enter new dictionaries as a verb but it isn&#039;t currently as far as I know.  Disrespect as he used it seemed like a key word as part of their side of the dispute, however I&#039;m sure it wasn&#039;t  guilt or lack of respect on the part of the opposition that settled a deal.
